The Course

Classes

The HypnoBirthing® classes run as a course of four sessions (totalling 12.5 hours), one per week, and are designed to be taught to small groups of couples. Groups are kept small enough to ensure that individual needs are met and techniques are mastered.

Classes run monthly in Derby, Derbyshire.

Individual tuition is also available within your own home.

The cost of the course includes the HypnoBirthing® handbook, relaxation and birthing affirmation CD's, folder, birth plan, and all handouts.

It is usual to start classes between 20 and 30 weeks. The earlier you start the more time there is to practice! You can however start at any time, it is never too late to gain the benefit of HypnoBirthing
