The Treatment Plan
The HypnoFertility program is a course of approximately 4 – 6 sessions, utilising a number of therapeutic techniques.
The first session is an in depth assessment to determine suitability for treatment. A detailed ‘history’ / ‘herstory’ will be taken of previous pregnancies, miscarriages, and fertility treatments and we will explore attitudes and any limiting beliefs about conception, pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood that may be causing emotional barriers to conception.
As every couples experiences & diagnoses are as individual as themselves the treatment is tailored specifically to meet their needs, whether aiming for a natural conception or to complement assisted reproductive techniques. It may be necessary to work with one or both partners, individually and / or together. You will also be shown techniques and given tasks to carry out at home.
The cost of each session is £60 and each session lasts between 1 ½ and 2 hours.
The programme may also involve referral to other complementary practitioners. I work closely with other therapists (Acupuncturists Katy Henry and Marisa Belli and Nutritionist Susan Wood) with a special interest in fertility at the Bridge Centre for Natural Health, and your suitability for these additional therapies will be assessed. We are currently offering a special fertility package, which includes 4 HypnoFertility sessions, 6 Acupuncture sessions and one nutrition session / diet analysis, all for £450. This is an overall saving of £55
