The Treatment Plan
HypnoFertility therapy is a course of approximately 4 – 6 sessions, utilising a number of therapeutic techniques:

The first session is an in depth assessment. Taking a detailed ‘history’ / ‘herstory’ of previous pregnancies, miscarriages, fertility treatments and tests. We will go on to explore attitudes and any limiting beliefs about conception, pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood that may be causing emotional barriers to conception.
As every couples experiences & diagnoses are as individual as themselves the treatment is tailored specifically to meet their needs, whether aiming for a natural conception or to complement assisted reproductive techniques. It may be necessary to work with one or both partners, individually and / or together. You will also be shown techniques and given tasks to carry out at home.
The initial consultation is 90 minutes and costs £60. Follow up sessions are 60 minutes and cost £45.
The programme may also involve referral to other complementary practitioners. I work closely with other therapists (Acupuncturists Katy Henry and Marisa Belli and Nutritionist Amanda Miles) with a special interest in fertility at the Bridge Centre for Natural Health, in Derby and your suitability for these additional therapies will be assessed.
